Fruits in liquor are the perfect accompaniment for ice cream or sorbet, in cakes (Black Forest, cheese cake, etc.) and fruit salads, or simply as a tasty, light dessert.
Apricots with honey and brandy from Vergers de Gascogne (France) are light in alcohol and sugar.
