
Born in Manitoba, Gérald Le Gal has travelled across Canada and overseas working as a teacher, international development specialist and project instigator and organizer. Enamoured of wide open spaces and fine food, some fifteen years ago he started his own company, gathering and processing “non-woody forest products”.
