The Sultan’s Tent, brings Morocco to Calgary, with its North African décor, cuisine and music. More than a restaurant, it is a journey to Morocco and a joy for the senses! Dishes are prepared by chef Houssine Ismaili according to Moroccan culinary traditions, and are served Moroccan style.
Guests are encouraged to eat with their fingers as they taste delicious couscous, briqs, tajines and other specialities (for those not used to this custom, knives and forks will be provided upon request).
Choose from à la carte dishes or try the five-course menu for $51.
Dinner 5pm to 11pm Mondays to Saturdays and lunch Wednesday and Friday 11am to 5 pm. The restaurant can accommodate intimate seatings and groups up to 12’s and 20’s.
